Life & Business Coach | Personal & Organizational Development | Author
I was born in 1969 and grew up between Algeria, Canada, and Italy, within a family of world travelers.
From my mother, Bruna Ferrari — a medicine woman and guardian of natural wisdom — I learned the value of healing, service, and authentic connection with life's energies.
With a degree in Combined Social Sciences & International Relations, and a Master's in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I have dedicated more than thirty years to continuous learning and research, studying with masters such as Alejandro Jodorowsky, Anthony Robbins, Brian Mayne, Deepak Chopra, and Hernan Huarache Mamani. Specifically with Anthony Robbins I had the privilege not just to study at his prestigious 'Mastery University' but also to closely work with him and his organization by organising the attendances of hundreds italians at his events in Europe and Italy in novembre 2012 in Milan. Along those year with a friend, we published the first italian edition of his bestsellers 'Giant Steps' and 'Notes from a friend' which ha san immense success in Italy and helped thousands to develop their lives and careers.
This path taught me that real growth comes from the integration of mind, heart, and action.
Throughout my career, I have supported hundreds of individuals in their transformation journeys and developed training programs for both groups and individuals — now also available online.
For 15 years, I lived in the United Kingdom, collaborating with global corporations in the retail (Kimberly-Clark), pharmaceutical (Bristol Myers Squibb), and agrochemical (Syngenta) sectors.
In these environments, I combined human and systemic competencies with Operational Excellence (OPEX) to develop innovative solutions that are still in use today, improving organizational performance and the quality of internal relationships.
One experience I carry with great pride is the international employee-engagement initiative I led for the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture. The program involved 78 professionals from five continents, resulting in the creation of more than 560 new jobs and improving the lives of over 35,000 people.
Today, I sign as Asiray — a name that represents the most integrated and visionary expression of my work: the union between the precision of systems and the delicacy of the human soul.
I am a member of the Society of Authors and author of the motivational novella “Le Dodici Piogge”, published by Anima Edizioni.
